Any information that we collect is used for customer service only, to benefit your experience with us.

While we may send personal emails to valued customers about upcoming sales and events, we do not send out mass emails. Our mailing list is for the express purpose of keeping customers informed, who have signed up to receive them. No customer is added to the mailing list without consent.
Any customer may opt out of future correspondence any time after a transaction has been fully completed simply by contacting us.

Postal addresses, should you choose to supply them, are only used for shipping purposes, or for the reason that the addresses are supplied. We do not share this information with third parties at any time.

Telephone numbers, should you choose to supply them, are used only for communication regarding existing online orders, especially in the event that we are unable to communicate via email. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

We believe the products that we sell in our store are made to the highest quality of standards. Each item we sell was individually selected to give you a unique variety of merchandise, exclusive to our store.
Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we are available to answer any questions you may have prior to or after placing your order.
We strive to make your business with us a pleasant experience. If we are at fault for the error, we will be happy to issue refunds for problems that may arise within 7 days of receipt.
This policy excludes correct orders and/or merchandise damaged by the consumer due to negligence or misuse of the product.
If you receive an item damaged in shipment please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the matter with the carrier service.
